DAY 1 (MONDAY, JUNE 18, 2007):
AM: Robots/developers arrive and practice
0700 TEEX/NIST meeting in Bldg. 119
0800 Safety briefing for all attendees in Bldg. 119
0830 Robots practice in test methods.
Administrators learn forms.
Technical initiatives underway.
1130 Lunch (2/3 ROSTER) served in Bldg. 119
PM: Robots/developers rotate through test methods
1200 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater for dispatch to a test method or test method cluster (defined as group of closely related tests that are co-located). Rotate to next test method or cluster assigned by dispatch coordinator every hour. Technical initiatives also underway.
1600 Robots pack up for storage/lockdown in Theater Bldg.
1630 Bus leaves for hotel, NIST/TEEX hot wash in Bldg. 119.

DAY 2 (TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 2007):
AM: Robots/developers rotate through test methods
0700 TEEX/NIST meeting in Bldg. 119.
0800 Safety briefing for all attendees in Bldg. 119.
0830 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater for dispatch to a test method. Rotate to next test method assigned by dispatch coordinator every hour. Technical initiatives also underway.
1130 Lunch served in Bldg. 119.

1200 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater for dispatch to a test method or test method cluster. Rotate to next test method or cluster assigned by dispatch coordinator every hour. Technical initiatives also underway.

TRAINING CLASS: Response robots and teleoperation strategies, hosted by Jenny Burke from the Center for Robot Assisted Search and Rescue.

DAY 3 (WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2007):
AM: Responders train on robots in test methods
0700 TEEX/NIST meeting in Bldg. 119.
0800 Safety briefing for all attendees in Bldg. 119.
0830 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater for dispatch to their "best fit" test method for the morning session. Responder pairs will be dispatched to test methods for robot training and rotate every half hour. Technical initiatives should be available as a station for responders to rotate through.
1130 Lunch served in Bldg. 119.

1200 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater for dispatch to a scenario for the afternoon session (or remaining test method on their list). Responder pairs will be dispatched to scenarios with robots and rotate every hour. Technical initiatives should be available as a station for responders to rotate through.

Responder pairs will be dispatched to scenarios with robots and rotate every hour. Technical initiatives should be available as a station for responders to rotate through.
1130 Lunch served in Bldg. 119.

0800 Safety briefing for all attendees in Bldg. 119
0830 Operational robots should stage at the "Robot Ready Line" near the Theater lobby for dispatch with Responders into scenarios or test methods.
1000 Meeting in Bldg. 119 to discuss Responders impressions of robots, test methods, scenarios and standards work items.
1130 Lunch served during meeting in Bldg. 119.
1300 DONE
