NIST Support for HiCASS (High Capacity Alongside Sea Based Sustainment)

NIST teamed with JJMA in 2001-2002 to develop concepts for Skin-to-Skin Replenishment. This paper was published in the ASNE Symposium 2003 "Expeditionary Force Projection" Proceedings.
